- Obtain necessary approvals such as Environmental License, Civil Defense License
- Conduct QHSE related trainings and encourage safe working practices
- Liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with requirements
Requirements
- Experience in designing, implementing, and coordinating HSE programs
- Ability to develop and maintain QHSE procedures and policies
- Experience conducting workplace safety audits and incident investigations
- Knowledge of environmental licensing and civil defense approvals

Job Overview
- Our client is currently hiring for the position of QHSE Director.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, implementation and co ordination of all HSE programs.
- Able to develop, implement and maintain QHSE related procedures, policies, risk assessments for the various activities, aspect impact assessments etc.
- Shall conduct work place safety audits, report incidents, conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Responsible for getting the necessary approvals such as Environmental License, Civil Defense License for smooth running of operations.
- Shall be able to conduct QHSE related trainings, encourage safe working practices, corrects near misses and reports the same.
- Shall be able to work with the multi national employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
- Shall liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with the various requirements.
