- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA channel to achieve volume and market share targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key decision makers in the hospitality industry
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize profitability
- Manage trade spend and analyze ROI and P&L reports to drive commercial decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and product launches
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Executive within an FMCG company operating in the Dubai market
- Proven track record and strong existing network within the 4 & 5 star hotel sector in Dubai
- University degree holder
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly persuasive with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and time management abilities

About the Role
- We are partnering with a leading FMCG organization to identify a dynamic and results driven Key Account Executive to manage and expand their HORECA portfolio in Dubai.
- This is a high impact role focused on driving business growth within the premium hospitality sector.
- As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing key accounts.
- Your primary focus will be on 4 & 5 star hotels, airlines, catering companies, and Golf Clubs.
- You will be tasked with negotiating business plans, managing performance related Customer Development Agreements (CDAs), and driving profitable volume growth within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA channel to achieve volume and market share targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key decision makers in the hospitality industry.

Candidate Requirements
- Language: English & Arabic or any of the European languages.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Executive within a FMCG company operating in the Dubai market.
- Network: A proven track record and a strong existing network within the 4 & 5 star hotel sector in Dubai is essential.
- Education: University degree holder.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

License
