Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee information technology and computer systems, ensuring security measures are in place
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations with a focus on cybersecurity
- Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity protocols
- Ensure security and configuration of networks, servers, backups, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) applications
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Proactively identify and resolve IT and cybersecurity issues
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance and security
- Manage the IT budget effectively to ensure cost efficiency
- Define, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead assessments, threat modelling, and security posture reviews across on prem and hybrid environments
- Own and manage security audits, compliance assessments, and remediation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on cybersecurity
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Strong team and people management skills
- Experience in computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- Proficiency in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security protocols
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows server environments, office applications, and exchange servers
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Job Purpose
- The Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the organization's computer systems, networks, and information security.
Key Accountabilities

Qualifications
