Role Overview
QA/QC Civil Engineer responsible for implementing and monitoring project quality controls for civil construction work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan and approved project procedures.
- Review method statements and prepare Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and forms.
- Allocate QA/QC activities and train staff, workmen, and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements.
- Coordinate quality implementation with site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage testing equipment records, calibration, testing laboratories, inspections, tests, and quality traceability.
- Coordinate Requests for Inspection and client inspections, tests, and clearances.
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC activities for civil construction projects.
- Ability to implement project procedures and approved Project Quality Plans.
- Ability to prepare method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and related quality documentation.
- Ability to coordinate inspections, tests, Requests for Inspection, and client clearances.
