QA/QC Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan and monitor project QA/QC activities.
- Implement approved project procedures and coordinate their application with site teams and subcontractors.
- Review method statements and prepare Inspection and Test Plans, checklists and forms for client approval.
- Plan and allocate QA/QC activities and train staff, workmen and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements.
- Maintain testing and measuring equipment records, including calibration information.
- Identify testing laboratories and obtain approvals.
- Inspect and test materials, activities and workmanship while maintaining traceable quality records.
- Coordinate Requests for Inspection, client inspections and tests, and obtain clearances.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in implementing project QA/QC procedures and quality plans.
- Ability to prepare or review method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists and quality records.
