Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the project quality plan.
- Establish and monitor all project QA/QC activities.
- Implement project procedures and the approved project quality plan.
- Review method statements and prepare corresponding Inspection and Test Plans and checklists.
- Obtain client approval for method statements, inspection plans, checklists, and forms as required.
- Plan and allocate QA/QC activities to team members.
- Orient and train staff, workmen, and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to implement applicable quality plan requirements.
- Identify, calibrate, review, and maintain lists of testing and measuring equipment.
- Identify testing laboratories and obtain approvals.
- Inspect and test incoming materials, activities, and workmanship according to Inspection and Test Plans.
- Maintain traceable records and coordinate Requests for Inspection, tests, and client clearances.
Experience
