Job Overview
Dopamine Travel and Tourism is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive P**urchasing Specialist** to support our hotel supply operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate inventory and rates, supporting contracting processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and hotel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the hotel inventory master sheet within the HIS system
- Manage hotel rate updates on OTM and implement stop-sale actions when required
- Support the sales team with special booking requests
- Create and track pre-bookings for early-bird opportunities
- Conduct benchmarking and market comparisons to ensure competitive positioning
- Communicate with new hotel partners to request rates and establish relationships
- Maintain hotel contracts and follow up to ensure timely completion and signatures
- Ensure continuity of supply and competitiveness of hotel rates
Requirements & Core Competencies
- Experience in purchasing, hotel contracting, or travel industry operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and rates
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
- Highly organized with strong documentation and tracking skills

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
