- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transportation, tours, and other travel related services
- Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages
- Provide accurate travel information, professional advice, and destination recommendations
- Prepare quotations, manage reservations, process booking amendments, and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Resolve customer concerns and travel related issues professionally and efficiently
- Keep up to date with travel destinations, airline policies, promotions, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- At least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and reservation systems
