About the Role

  • Dopamine Travel & Tourism is seeking a passionate, customer focused, and results driven Travel Sales Agent to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will help clients plan and book their travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers, transportation, tours, and other travel related services
  • Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend the most suitable travel solutions
  • Prepare quotations, process reservations, issue travel documents, and manage booking amendments, cancellations, and refunds
  • Provide accurate advice on destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, travel regulations, and travel advisories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Promote travel packages, seasonal offers, and value added services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel related issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements
  • Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, destination information, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, supplier requirements, and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a travel sales or travel consultant role
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, holiday packages, visas, hotels, travel insurance, and other travel services
  • Experience using Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is an advantage
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
