Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism (Arabic Speaker) to join our expanding team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with reservations for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transportation, and tours.
- Identify clients' travel preferences and recommend appropriate travel solutions and customized itineraries.
- Offer accurate travel guidance, destination information, and product recommendations.
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process reservations, and handle booking amendments efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and travel related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about travel destinations, industry developments, special offers, and tourism products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals established by the company.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- At least 1 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
- Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and reservation systems.
- Proficiency in using online booking platforms and travel management tools.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and bookings.
