About the Role

Responsibilities
- Give clients travel destination advice
- Assist customers in creating reasonable travel budgets and packages
- Find the greatest offers on travel, dining, lodging, and activities by researching fares and rates
- Teach customers about security and safety while traveling and identify required vaccinations and travel documents
- Confirm travel arrangements with customers and make modifications
- Help resolve unforeseen obstacles like canceled flights or hotel reservation issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of travel reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
