About the Role

Responsibilities
- Price vehicles for representation on the dubizzle pro platform
- Negotiate with customers to price cars effectively ensuring efficient sale with maximum margin
- Purchase cars within given criteria
- Price cars for managed service and ensure competitive pricing
- Achieve healthy margin (10%) and maintain stock with average 30 days in stock
- Achieve monthly targets and margins (Managed, Auction)
- Outbound call consultations to generate new branch sign ups
- Adjust vehicle prices based on mileage, colour, warranty, etc.
- Efficient data entry of customer and car credentials using Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain customer relationships to generate future business
- Oversee representation process from meet and greet to handover
Requirements
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Minimum 2 years automotive experience
- Previous experience using CRM software (preferred Salesforce)
- Proven track record in a similar role
- In depth knowledge of the used car market
- Expertise in wide range of makes, models, specifications for GCC vehicles
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Professional attitude and team player

In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate clear ability to price a multitude of vehicles within dubizzle pro boundaries.
- Negotiate with customers to price cars effectively ensuring efficient sale with maximum margin.
- Purchase cars within the given criteria.
- Price cars for managed service and ensure cars are priced competitively.
- Achieve a healthy margin (10%).
- Maintain healthy stock with average days in stock of 30 days.
- Achieve monthly targets and margins (Managed, Auction).
- Outbound on call consultations to generate new branch sign ups.
- Adjust price of vehicles to reflect mileage, colour, warranty/service, engines, specifications and condition.
- Efficient data entry of customer and car credentials using Salesforce CRM.
