Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services as per company requirements
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment follow ups
- Compare prices and evaluate supplier quotations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, invoices, and contracts
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts departments for smooth operations
- Resolve supplier or delivery related issues when required
- Support the procurement team in day to day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement or administrative support
- Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience with ERP or procurement software (preferred)
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (preferred)

Job Summary
