- Supervise daily operations of the Public Area team
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of guest and back of house public areas
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance
- Train, coach, and support Public Area Attendants
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Support VIP arrivals, special events, and seasonal activations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities
- Assist with team scheduling, attendance monitoring, and workforce planning
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally

- Experience supervising a public area or housekeeping team in hospitality
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Public Area team.
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest and back of house public areas.

- Train, coach, and support Public Area Attendants in cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules and deep cleaning programs are completed effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
- Support VIP arrivals, special events, and seasonal activations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
