Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 10–15 or more years of proposal management experience in mechanical EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, estimation, tender submissions, EPC lifecycle, tendering, commercial evaluation, and contract requirements.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, piping, tanks, pressure vessels, rotating and static equipment, painting, insulation, testing, pre-commissioning, and mechanical completion.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, drawings, specifications, construction methodology, productivity norms, resource planning, subcontracting, and indirect cost estimation.
- Knowledge of energy, utilities, oil and gas, industrial, petrochemical, LNG, power, and infrastructure projects.
Bid Management Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams during bid preparation and tender execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, planning, commercial, finance, and project controls teams.
- Review and evaluate technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risks associated with tender opportunities.
- Develop competitive bidding strategies and manage multiple bids while meeting strict submission deadlines.

- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, report-writing, and English communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients, joint venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Travel Expectations
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, site visits, pre-bid conferences, and business development activities as required.
