Role Overview
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical proposals and tender documents for EPC projects.
Support compliant, competitive, and technically sound bid submissions in the Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical proposals, bid documentation, and tender submissions for EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, specifications, scope of work, and client requirements for compliance.
- Coordinate technical inputs from engineering, project management, procurement, HSE, planning, and commercial teams.
- Prepare technical methodologies, execution strategies, construction approaches, and method statements.
- Develop compliance matrices and ensure submissions meet client and contractual requirements.
- Conduct technical risk assessments during the tender stage.
- Support schedules, resource plans, and technical deliverables for bids.
- Ensure proposal documents are consistent, accurate, and high quality before submission.
- Participate in technical clarification meetings, client discussions, and pre-bid conferences.
- Maintain bid registers, proposal records, and document control systems.
- Improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices.
