Position Overview
The position is Proposal Manager (Mechanical) in the Estimation & Tendering department.
The role covers EPC, mechanical, power, energy, and industrial projects.
The position is based in Doha, Qatar and is full-time.
The role requires strong expertise in mechanical estimation, tendering, pricing, and proposal management.
Experience Requirement
- The role requires 12 to 18 or more years of experience in mechanical estimation, tendering, and proposal management.
- Strong experience with EPC, main contractors, or mechanical contractors is required.
- Experience in mechanical, power, energy, oil and gas, utilities, or industrial projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of ITT/RFQ documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs, scope, and contract requirements is required.
- Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, pricing, and cost build-up is required.
- Experience evaluating OEM, supplier, and subcontractor quotations is required.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for high-value projects is required.
- Qatar or GCC experience is advantageous.
