Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of road and bridge construction from initiation to completion

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- Proven experience managing roads, highways, or bridge construction projects, preferably in UAE or GCC
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Expeditor and expediting skills for timely delivery of materials and services
- Inspection skills to verify construction quality and compliance
- Logistics management skills for transportation and resource allocation
- Knowledge of local regulations, infrastructure standards, and construction safety practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage

Role Description
- Full time, on site Project Manager / Construction Manager role based in Dubai, focused on roads and bridges projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of road and bridge construction from initiation to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules and resources, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and inspection teams.
- Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, review technical documentation, manage risk and change orders, and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, maintain compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement in construction processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Inspection skills to verify construction quality, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, site deliveries, and resource allocation across multiple project locations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing roads, highways, or bridge construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Knowledge of local regulations, infrastructure standards, and construction safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multicultural site teams.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
