About the Role

- Manage Group or Sub Group related projects, defining activities, scoping milestones, and managing project delivery teams
- Monitor project progress, take corrective action to keep on track, and ensure execution within budget and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders when sourcing external vendors and issuing RFPs, managing vendor effectiveness
- Manage all project documentation and records to meet internal standards and audit requirements
- Conduct project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, discuss risks/issues, and influence value adding areas
- Prepare project budgets and track performance against them
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in financial services domain
- Experience independently managing finance related projects, especially cards projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum/Agile certification
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and operations
- Core banking knowledge
- Business relationship management skills
- Operational risk awareness
- Knowledge of enterprise systems

Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in financial services domain with experience independently managing finance related projects (especially cards projects).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum/Agile certification.
- Project Management, Cards & Payment, Vendor Management, Banking Products / services and operations knowledge.
- Core Banking knowledge, Business relationship management, Finance quality control, Operational risk awareness, Knowledge of enterprise systems.
