Role Overview

• Own all operational projects for Local Shops, ensuring the right opportunities are prioritised within global, regional and local teams.
• Work cross functionally to scope, plan and deliver projects that improve operational KPIs.
• What's on your plate?
• Drive operational health across local shop vertical to ensure seamless order experience
• Ensure the right data/reporting in place to accurately measure impact and ensure this is consistency reviewed
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as logistics, product & CX to optimise our value proposition
• Own all operational projects end to end; cadence, cost, impact, cross-functional support & change management
• Prioritise problems and generate proposals across mature & developing markets to drive improvements & automations
• Lead experiments to validate opportunities to unlock larger project investments
• Supportive PM for product roll outs, working with the product (experiment, GTM and launch) and Operations Manager to ensure the right processes and procedures are in place
• Work with Heads of markets to scope and size impact of quarterly business problems/opportunities
• Build relationships with regional & central teams to shape the roadmap across vendor fulfilment, inventory management, product & logistics

Qualifications

• What did we order?
• 5 years within e-commerce or food/tech business
• Experience in working with multiple cross-function stakeholders
• Ability to work with data, data structures and data infrastructure
• Process know how including creating processes, procedures and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources"
• Strong collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across functions
• Ability to plan and run workshops to understand problems, brainstorm solutions and then prioritise into a roadmap
• Laser focused on objectives and demonstrate value in a compelling way that drives teams to support initiatives
• Present complex problems supported with comprehensive data in a simple and compelling way to stakeholders; painting a picture of problem, root cause of problem along with impact (data), proposed solutions and resolution
