LOBA GROUP is seeking a Project Manager for hospitality projects in the UAE.
The role leads 4- and 5-star hotel new-build and refurbishment projects.
The Project Manager acts as the primary Client Representative from pre-construction through operator handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the owner, hotel operator, consultants, and contractors.
- Direct pre-construction planning, authority approvals, construction execution, and fast-track refurbishment.
- Manage budgets, variations, and progress payments.
- Maintain construction and interior fit-out standards, including PMOR sign-offs.
- Lead testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and operator handover.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of construction project management experience focused strictly on luxury hotel assets.
- Experience with hotel new-build and refurbishment projects.
- Proven track record at a PMC, developer, or main contractor.
- Strong Client Representation experience.
- Currently based in the UAE with local authority, supply chain, and market knowledge.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP or MRICS certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operator standards, FF&E and OS&E procurement, and FIDIC contracts.
