Role Overview
Lead the development, execution, and governance of corporate strategy across Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure divisions.
Drive growth, performance, diversification, and competitive advantage across the group.
Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term strategies, multi-year plans, and KPIs.
- Lead annual and mid-term planning cycles.
Growth and Investment
- Evaluate new business, expansion, diversification, and M&A opportunities.
- Lead feasibility studies and market analysis.
Executive Advisory
- Support the CEO and Board with strategic insights, reporting, and performance dashboards.
Execution and Governance
- Track strategic initiatives against KPIs.
- Establish decision-making frameworks and ensure alignment across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and HR.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or Engineering.
- 15–18 years of total professional experience.
- 7–10 years in senior strategy or consulting, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
- MBA or master's degree is preferred.
- Strategy, finance, or leadership certifications are preferred.
