Seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead site execution, technical coordination, and authority sign-offs.
The role covers complex building and infrastructure developments from pre-construction through testing and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site MEP works and drive subcontractor schedules.
- Coordinate with civil and structural teams to prevent clashes.
- Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and local codes, including DEWA, ADDC, and Civil Defence requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs, resolve NCRs, and enforce EHS protocols.
- Review subcontractor valuations, variations, and progress claims with the commercial team.
- Oversee testing, adjusting and balancing, commissioning, as-built approvals, and O&M documentation closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive MEP construction management experience.
- Track record delivering major building projects, including commercial, high-rise, or data center developments.
- Track record delivering infrastructure works, including utilities, power distribution, or transport.
- In-depth knowledge of local GCC authority regulations, BIM coordination workflows, and team leadership.
