Requirements

- Proficiency in Logistics Management
- Hands on experience with Inspection processes and quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience managing bridge or major structural infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of bridge projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.
- Develop project plans and schedules, coordinate design reviews, oversee site activities, and manage project risks and resources.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, monitor progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and prepare regular progress and cost reports.
- Coordinate expediting of materials and equipment, ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and foster effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for bridge and structural works.
- Experience in Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, site deliveries, and supply chain activities.
- Hands on experience with Inspection processes, quality control, and adherence to relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing bridge or major structural infrastructure projects, ideally in the UAE or similar environments.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with project management and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) and solid understanding of HSE practices.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, make timely decisions under pressure, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
