Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing

Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• The stated pay is AED 14,000 to AED 18,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion and deliver them within approved time, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Site teams.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, costs, resources, and site progress.
• Identify risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site meetings and progress reviews and submit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage variations, claims, documentation, and commercial matters.
• Maintain client and consultant relationships and resolve project issues.
• Lead handover, snagging, testing, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of project management experience in aluminum, façade, glazing, or building envelope projects.
• Strong experience with aluminum façades, curtain walls, glazing, doors, windows, and related systems.
• Experience managing large-scale construction or façade projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and site execution.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management or scheduling tools.
• UAE/GCC contracting experience is highly preferred.
