Strategic Finance and Leadership

• Lead the Group Finance function across multiple companies and business units.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow projections, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Improve finance policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Project and Contract Finance

• Monitor project performance, profitability, job costing, margins, and cost controls.
• Oversee billing, revenue recognition, retention, variations, accruals, and contract financial matters.
• Review project budgets and financial commitments and identify financial risks.
• Support evaluation of new projects, contracts, investments, and major business decisions.

Cash Flow, Banking, and Trade Finance

• Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, trade finance facilities, working capital facilities, and banking relationships.
• Monitor receivables, payables, collections, cash utilization, and working capital requirements.
• Develop and monitor cash-flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Reporting, Compliance, and Team

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, statutory requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement financial risk mitigation and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team and drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Mandatory experience in contracting, construction, architectural fit-out, aluminium and façade, engineering, or related project-based industries.
• At least 5 years in a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple companies, projects, or business units.
• Strong expertise in project and contract accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Strong ERP experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, commercial, negotiation, decision-making, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Audit, group finance, large-scale project organization, ERP implementation, finance transformation, automation, or process-improvement experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Workplace and Compensation

• The role is full-time and based in person at Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
• Pay is AED 14,000 to AED 16,000 per month.
