Role overview

Company

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, site staff, and personnel between company locations and project sites.
• Deliver aluminum profiles, glazing materials, equipment, tools, and project supplies to construction and fit-out sites.
• Operate heavy buses and light vehicles according to UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations.
• Follow transportation and delivery schedules and coordinate requirements with HR, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Teams.
• Assist with loading and unloading and ensure all materials are properly secured.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, report faults or incidents, and maintain trip sheets and delivery records.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and roadworthy and follow company HSE policies.
• Support early morning, late evening, or flexible transportation requirements when operationally required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Heavy Bus driving license Code 3 together with Code 5 or Code 6.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Previous staff transportation and material delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, industrial areas, and construction zones.
• Construction, contracting, aluminum, façade, or fit-out experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills and the ability to coordinate with site and logistics teams.
• Physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, safety awareness, and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Compensation and employment

• The position is full-time.
• Pay is AED 2,200–AED 2,500 per month.
• Benefits are provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law, with company vehicle, fuel, and operational expenses covered.

Work location

• Work is performed in person in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE, with transportation and delivery activity across Dubai and the UAE.
