Role Overview
Lead end-to-end workplace and corporate real estate projects in Abu Dhabi from inception to completion.
The role covers office fit-outs, relocations, closures, lease exits, consolidations, and workplace optimization initiatives.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change control processes.
- Develop project execution plans and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate architects, designers, project managers, cost consultants, and contractors.
- Lead office fit-out delivery covering design, construction, furniture, technology integration, security systems, and facility readiness.
- Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements, and workplace optimization initiatives.
- Lead office closures, lease exits, consolidations, and relocation programs.
- Build relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Support teams.
- Develop project budgets and business cases.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10–20 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, facilities management, real estate, or a related discipline.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Proven experience managing new office openings, corporate office fit-outs, workplace transformation, Moves, Adds & Changes, and office decommissioning or relocation projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in workplace strategy, facilities management, or real estate are advantageous.
