Job Purpose
Manage complex contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, and closure.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Key Requirements
- Approximately 7–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement contracts, or commercial contracts.
- Hands-on experience managing complex and high-value agreements.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, contractual risk assessment, and contract administration.
- Experience handling variations, claims, renewals, terminations, and disputes.
- Knowledge of procurement governance, commercial terms, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience in government, banking, financial services, or another regulated environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- CIPS, WorldCC/IACCM, or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
