Lead operation and maintenance delivery for a large-scale facility.
Ensure contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Apply strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms alongside project and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a large facility.
- Lead the site team to execute maintenance activities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and service level agreements.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare project reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant management experience.
- Experience managing large facilities management or maintenance contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
- Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Ability to achieve client KPIs and contractual milestones.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems is preferred.
