The company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controls Engineer.
The role focuses on project management, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets.
- Prepare and maintain Budget at Completion, Estimate to Complete, and Estimate at Completion figures.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance.
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Support project managers in identifying cost risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Apply Earned Value Management principles and track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management.
- Experience in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls or reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or ERP systems is an advantage.
