Job Description

Omrania is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role manages the complete contract lifecycle, supports compliance with organizational policies, and supports business operations through contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate contract documentation compliant with organizational standards.
  • Manage contract filing systems and organized records using document management software.
  • Track milestones, renewal dates, and expiration dates to prevent contract lapses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather information and documentation.
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks or discrepancies.
  • Support negotiations with summaries, comparisons, and relevant documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and contractual obligations.
  • Generate reports, maintain active-contract databases, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Assist in developing contract administration procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in contract administration or related administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
  • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and document accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze contract terms and identify obligations and risks.
  • Proficiency in data entry and database management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of basic contract law principles and legal terminology.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with document management software and contract lifecycle management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
