Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Architect with strong interior fit-out experience.

Manage and coordinate projects from design development through execution and handover.

Oversee design coordination, technical documentation, site coordination, consultant management, quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural and interior fit-out projects from design development to completion.
  • Review and develop architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
  • Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, details, and specifications.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, internal design teams, and specialist contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections and monitor execution against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Review materials, finishes, samples, mock-ups, contractor submissions, and technical documents.
  • Monitor schedules, drawing revisions, project documentation, inspections, snagging, and final handover.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements, health and safety standards, and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out or related project types.
  • Strong interior fit-out project execution and site coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
  • AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
  • Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, materials, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and other fit-out works.
  • Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical drawing interpretation skills.
