is hiring an experienced
Resident Engineer
for a leading opportunity in
Dubai
.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities for large-scale high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate projects from
design coordination through construction and completion
.
- Review and coordinate
Revit/BIM models, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, MEP teams, and clients.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, inspections, and site execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
- Ensure adherence to
Dubai construction regulations and authority requirements
.
- Lead site teams and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
.
- 10+ years of overall experience
, with strong experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proven experience as a
Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer
on large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of
Revit and BIM
for high-rise projects.
- Experience in reviewing and coordinating
architectural, structural, and MEP drawings/models
.
- Strong experience in
site supervision, project coordination, quality control, inspections, and progress monitoring
.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Dubai high-rise project experience is highly preferred.
