Job Summary
Manage and oversee marble and stone installation projects from planning through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai and involves supervision of project site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise marble and natural stone installation projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and supervise delivery, installation, and finishing works.
- Conduct inspections for compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material availability with procurement and production teams.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
- Prepare progress reports, monitor costs, and assist with budget control.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and HSE requirements.
- Manage handover, snagging, and final client approvals.
