Work as a Senior MEP Engineer for a building construction company in Ajman.
Manage and supervise MEP works across residential, commercial, villa, warehouse, and similar building projects.
The role is practical and site-oriented, with strong MEP contracting and building construction responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily MEP site activities and coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and related MEP works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor progress, quality, workmanship, timelines, inspections, commissioning, and handover.
- Resolve technical issues and MEP clashes and monitor subcontractor performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP contracting or building construction.
- Strong hands-on MEP site execution and project coordination experience.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, drainage, and building MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site execution.
- Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and site-management skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, villa, warehouse, school, or similar projects is preferred.
- Strong MEP contracting and building construction experience is mandatory.
