Role Overview
Provide executive stewardship and overarching leadership for a major land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh.
Serve as the principal representative to the Client and align program participants across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, sustainability, and stakeholder expectations.
The role reports to Client Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the PMCM organisation.
- Establish governance, reporting, decision-making, and performance management systems aligned with Client objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the multidisciplinary PMCM leadership team.
- Direct planning, design management, procurement support, construction management, testing and commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
- Integrate technical, commercial, project controls, quality, HSE, and risk management functions.
- Monitor Lead Developer performance against approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee commercial management, project controls, cost forecasting, contract administration, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Lead program-wide risk management, quality assurance, and HSE initiatives.
Experience and Capabilities
