Role Overview
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.
Create and deliver technology solutions that address customer business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor while contributing to customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Core Responsibilities
- Verify and implement detailed technical designs and develop enterprise-level solutions.
- Lead technical assessments and solution delivery for clients.
- Coordinate installation, design, and migration activities across networks, applications, or platforms.
- Provide technical consulting, proposal support, system tuning, and solution modifications.
- Respond to technical inquiries and develop solutions using industry-standard products.
- Share technical knowledge, create materials, and present at conferences.
- Support sales activities, manage bids, and grow customer portfolios.
