Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Order Management functional lead and subject matter expert.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, configuration, and Order-to-Cash process optimization.
• Configure sales documents, item categories, schedule lines, partner determination, and copy controls.
• Support integration with Billing, Logistics Execution, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Partner on enhancements, interfaces, APIs, EDI, IDocs, reports, and workflow solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, validation, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, hypercare, and production troubleshooting.
• Create functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Promote SAP best practices and standard S/4HANA capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of SAP SD or Order Management experience and at least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, sales order processing, contracts, returns, credit management, ATP, and pricing.
• Hands-on S/4HANA configuration experience and understanding of Order-to-Cash integration touchpoints.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, and Billing.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Agile delivery methodologies, and SAP Activate.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.
• Experience leading global SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Variant Configuration and Advanced ATP.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, IDocs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, or distribution industries.
