- The role is hybrid and requires working an average of two days per week from an HPE office.
Role Overview
Manage one or more larger accounts or act as account lead for a substantial part of a top account.
Understand customer IT and business objectives and add value by implementing HPE's strategy.
Drive account business performance, pipeline development, deal support and customer relationship growth.
Responsibilities
- Connect customer KPIs and business priorities to HPE IT solutions.
- Influence customer executives by explaining the value and relevance of HPE solutions.
- Build growth and profitability plans across HPE's portfolio.
- Identify opportunities and translate business challenges into IT opportunities.
- Build and govern the account pipeline funnel.
- Develop customer and partner relationships and manage partner strategy.
- Maintain IT technology expertise and engage customer CTOs and CIOs.
- Lead the extended account team and provide feedback and mentoring.
