Supply Chain: Supplier Onboarding Functional Specialist

Role Overview

Workplace

• The role is hybrid and requires working from an HPE office an average of two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, and LE functional design and implementation.
• Analyze and design order fulfillment, logistics execution, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes.
• Configure sales orders, deliveries, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, route determination, stock transport orders, and shipments.
• Design SAP and non-SAP integrations using iDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and APIs.
• Write ABAP development specifications, coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solution documentation.
• Support intelligent automation, process improvement, data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring of junior resources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, and LE experience.
• At least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or technology environments.
• Extensive logistics execution and SAP or non-SAP interface implementation experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Expert SAP S/4HANA configuration and optimization knowledge across SD, MM, and LE.
• Advanced order-to-cash, product structure, bill of materials, and production model knowledge.
• Strong SAP integration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of RPA, intelligent process automation, agentic AI, autonomous-system governance, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• ABAP code reading and debugging skills are preferred.
• Experience with automation technologies, RPA platforms, or intelligent business process tools is preferred.
• SAP ECC experience and knowledge of migration concepts are preferred.
