Key Responsibilities
- Assist production teams in fabrication, assembly, packaging, and installation preparation.
- Support departments including carpentry, acrylic fabrication, metalwork, painting, printing, and vinyl application.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely within the production facility.
- Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before production begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and production areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
- Assist with quality checks and ensure completed work meets company standards.
- Help with packing and preparing finished products for delivery or installation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Helper, General Helper, or Factory Worker is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in the signage, advertising, printing, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and work across different production departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
