The employer is seeking an Office Boy cum Cleaner for an advertising, branding, and exhibition design company.
The role supports daily office operations and maintains cleanliness across the premises.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma with basic office skills.
- Good communication and interaction ability.
- The candidate should be sincere, trustworthy, courteous, respectful, and willing to take initiative.
- Administrative experience is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain workplace cleanliness through daily sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste-bin cleaning.
- Serve water, tea, and drinks to visitors and the CEO.
- Clean the Managing Director's vehicles daily.
- Keep office premises and workstations tidy and neat.
- Respond to inquiries or needs from visitors and staff.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Answer and forward phone calls and take messages when the receptionist is absent.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, courier distribution, and memo distribution.
- Monitor stationery and pantry usage and maintain stocks.
- Assist management staff and other departments as required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
