Job Summary
VAAO Advertising is seeking Production Helpers to support its manufacturing and production team.
The role supports signage and branding projects in a fast-paced production environment.
The position is suitable for candidates eager to learn and assist skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production teams with fabrication, assembly, packaging, and installation preparation.
- Support carpentry, acrylic fabrication, metalwork, painting, printing, and vinyl application departments.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely within the production facility.
- Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before production begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop and production areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
- Assist with quality checks to ensure completed work meets company standards.
- Pack and prepare finished products for delivery or installation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Helper, General Helper, or Factory Worker is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in signage, advertising, printing, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Candidates must be willing to learn and work across different production departments.
- Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
