- Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway and ensuring sales processes comply with J&J compliance and local laws
- Use a multichannel approach to reach out to healthcare professionals (face to face, email, phone, presentations) with quality and quantity according to CVT strategy
- Achieve market share target for the assigned territory
- Promote J&J Innovative Medicine's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings
- Perform full account mapping, understand logistical processes, product listing, contracting, stakeholders, and decision making within accounts
- Develop and maintain long term engagements with customers/stakeholders within accounts (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers)
- Identify short and long term business opportunities according to Business Unit strategy in collaboration with Market Access team
- Fulfill all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within agreed timelines including database updates, accurate visit reporting, and sample handling
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors through scientific quizzes and training courses
- Comply with all J&J guidelines, policies, SOPs, local regulations, pharmacovigilance rules, and quality practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Experience in a specialty care company is required
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Description
- Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for the best talent for a Product Specialist Immunology role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The main task is to represent J&J in front of healthcare professionals, ensuring products are used based on their own merit and according to clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximizing patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting J&J compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws.
- Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs enlisted in his/her list (face to face, Email, Phone call, presentations when required etc.) with the set quality and quantity according to CVT strategy as well as providing quality call feedback for each visit.
- Achieving market share target for the assigned territory.
- Promote J&J Innovative Medicine's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within his/her assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.
- Full Account Mapping, understanding the logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account Stakeholders and decision making processes within the account.
- Developing and maintaining long term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts (e.g. Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers and Hospital Management).
- Identify short and long term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.
- Fulfilling all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within the agreed timelines including but not limited to: Updating the database, correct & accurate reporting of visits to HCPs with valuable call feedback, sample correct handling and continuous improvement of qualitative performan
- Achieving results in scientific quizzes organized by CVT according to the manager’s expectations.
- Attending all assigned training courses and capturing learnings showing improvement in technical and ethical business practices.
- Organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using the correct CRM system as stipulated in related SOP.
- Compliance with set guidelines, policies and SOPs of J&J and of local regulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Experience in a specialty care company is required
- Experience in immunology is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
