About The Role
As a Product Manager within the Kitchen Lifestyle team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the Kitchen Appliances portfolio under the BYSTRO and other brands.
This position requires end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from in-depth market research and competitor analysis to strategic planning, product positioning, and successful market launches.
You will work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of New Product Development (NPD) processes.
Key responsibilities include managing product data accuracy, overseeing sample evaluations and quality reviews, coordinating with suppliers for insights and innovation, and ensuring timely product launches both in-store and online.
You will also support commercial decisions by analyzing sales trends, contributing to pricing strategies, and optimizing stock levels.
Additionally, you will lead product training initiatives, present in NPD meetings, and maintain strong stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across departments while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
About You
You are a proactive and highly organized professional with 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the kitchen appliances.
You possess strong technical and product knowledge, combined with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and market dynamics.
Your ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies sets you apart.
You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and managing cross-functional relationships effectively.
Adaptable and energetic, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by continuous improvement.
You are confident using analytical tools and reports to inform decisions, and you are comfortable coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
You bring a team-oriented approach, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to travel internationally for exhibitions and to factories.
