- Strong organisational, analytical, and project management abilities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with cross functional teams and suppliers
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and industry exhibitions

About the Role
- We're looking for a proactive and detail oriented Product Manager – Bathroom Brands to join our Bathroom category team.
- In this role, you'll manage the development and growth of our branded bathroom product portfolio, working closely with suppliers and cross functional teams to bring new products to market and support business growth.
- You'll play a key role in identifying market trends, managing product launches, supporting sales teams, and ensuring product information is accurate across all platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the product development lifecycle from planning through to launch
- Identifying market trends and new product opportunities
- Building and managing supplier relationships
- Supporting Sales with product training, showroom visits, and specifications
- Ensuring accurate product data, website content, and merchandising
- Coordinating with Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, Quality, and Inventory teams

About You
- You're a self motivated and commercially aware product professional with a passion for product development and the bathroom industry.
- You enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership of your projects, and have excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
You will ideally have:
- 3–6 years' experience in the bathroom industry or a product management role
- Strong knowledge of bathroom products and market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational, analytical, and project management abilities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with cross functional teams and suppliers
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and industry exhibitions
