- Manage project opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
- Drive sales across tile portfolio while building strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Prepare quotations and proposals, conduct site visits, and manage project pipelines
- Support technical submissions and approvals
- Oversee commercial negotiations and coordinate project deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
Requirements
- Experience in project sales within the tiles or building materials industry
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technical products, pricing, and margins
- Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Experience working within the Middle East market is a strong advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and results driven Project Sales Manager to join our Projects team in Dubai.
- In this role, you will manage project opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, helping drive sales across our tile portfolio while building strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service throughout every stage of the project.
Day to Day
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Conducting site visits
- Managing project pipelines through Sanipex Eye

- Overseeing commercial negotiations

About You
- Motivated and relationship focused sales professional with experience in project sales within the tiles or building materials industry
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of technical products, pricing, and margins
- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Experience working within the Middle East market and understanding project sales processes would be a strong advantage
