We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this role is responsible for driving forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency across the business.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights while ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability.

The role involves monitoring stock movement, forecast performance, supply risks, and replenishment activities, as well as maintaining planning parameters and forecasting data within ERP systems.

The Demand Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to support S&OP processes, improve supply chain performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience within Building Materials, Bathrooms & Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Manufacturing, Distribution, or related industries will be highly valued.

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented planning professional with 4–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within fast-paced business environments.

You possess strong forecasting, inventory management, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze data, identify supply chain risks, and drive operational improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Proficient in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, you are also highly skilled in advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting, planning analysis, and KPI tracking.

Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) would be considered a strong advantage.

You are an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments while working independently and managing multiple priorities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is required, and a UAE driving license is preferred.
