About the Role
- Seeking a highly organised, driven, and detail oriented professional to manage the opening, refurbishment, and ongoing maintenance of retail showrooms.
- Candidates should have commercial fit out experience and have successfully delivered smaller scale luxury residential and villa projects.
- Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to execution and handover, ensuring completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Oversee major showroom openings and refurbishments
- Monitor progress and mitigate risks
- Manage cost variances and provide regular status updates
- Oversee day to day site activities, coordinating technicians and contractors
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strong project planning and execution
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proven experience managing risk, cost, and vendors within retail or showroom environments
- Experience delivering smaller scale luxury residential and villa projects
- Technically competent in installation of bathroom products and tiles
- Highly organised and methodical, communicates confidently across teams
- Proactive, self motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
